$175 for initial individual consultations.

$125 per 50-minute individual session thereafter.

Insurance

Medical insurance panels accepted at this time include:

Aetna, Cigna, New Directions, Optum, and United.

I am also an out-of-network provider with Humana.

How this works: you pay out-of-pocket for the OON visit, post-visit

I prepare a superbill for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or

change in schedule for your appointment.

Otherwise, you may be required to pay a late cancellation

or no-show fee of $85.
