I work with a wide range of emotional and mental health issues providing services that include healing from abuse and emotional traumas for adult survivors as well as treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and many other concerns.
I offer a highly personalized approach tailored in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to each of my clients' individual needs to help them attain the personal growth towards which they’re striving.

A 12-week journey for survivors of childhood sexual abuse
Resolve the past and journey forward to a more hopeful future.
Topics addressed: definitions of abuse, personal safety, moral support, dealing with crisis, family matters, coping, healing, trust, grief, anger, self-compassion, and more.
The group meets from 6:00 - 8:00 PM each Tuesday.
Location: 3560 Cardinal Point Dr. Ste. 103 in Mandarin
Please call for group rates. A screening assessment is required to ensure the safety and appropriateness of the fit for the group.
Social distancing exercised; masks are at the individual's discretion.
This group is most appropriate for victims of sexual abuse but other abuse survivors can benefit as well. Participants encouraged to be active clients in individual therapy outside of group.
